Accommodation

The cabins are situated on land at the rear of the Lion Inn, adjacent to a picturesque meadow where cows and sheep can often be seen grazing.

Each cabin is heated, comfortably furnished and has an en-suite shower and toilet. Also provided are flatscreen TV with freesat, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities for that all-important early morning cuppa.

The cabins are designed to sleep two persons. There is also a futon sofa bed suitable for a child upto 12 years old, at a suppliment of £5.00 extra per night.

Each cabin is let out on a room only basis with up to two persons sharing. Continental breakfast or a Fry Up can be purchased for £5.00 and £6.00 respectively. 
The nightly rates are as follows:

£60.00 per night for up to 4 nights

£55.00 per night for 5-7 nights

£50.00 per night for 8 nights and over.

We do allow one small/medium sized dog at £5.00 per night.

Dog not to be left unattended in cabin.

You will find award winning beaches in Lowesoft. Spend a day a Pleasurewood Hills, fun for all the family. Or travel to Great Yarmouth for a fun filled day along the pleasure beach or on the pier. Why not take a sea cruise from Yarmouth to view the seal colony. Don't forget the Lowestoft seafront air festival that runs in July.

Prices from, low season £195.00pw to high season £695.00pw. £50.00 non refundable deposit payable on booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. If booking later, then full payment required. 50% cancellation fee payable if cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to holiday. 100% if less. These prices include the gas and electric. Passes are not included, but can be purchased at reception when picking up the key. Please bring along your own linen and towels, pillows and duvets are supplied.

WATERSIDE PARK Corton nr Lowesoft

3 bedroom holiday villa. 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom. Kitchen, living/dining room, shower room with toilet, decked patio area. Double bedroom has a balcony with seaview. 

An ideal base for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk.

Waterside Park boasts a whole range of facilities for the whole family. A fantastic outdoor heated pool is great for splashing around with the kids or just taking a cooling dip in the sunshine. The on-site Lounge Bar and Restaurant serves tasty meals and snacks. An arcade room with games and pool table keeps the kids amused whilst parents can have a relaxing drink in the lounge bar. With launderette, shop, beauty parlour/hairdressers and free Wi-Fi, you can keep busy on site, but dont forget the beach is the best playground of all and is just a stones throw away.
